A 3,200-square-foot native garden where K–6th graders explore the natural and cultural history of their place. Designed by the Wild Classroom Project and built by the community, for the community.

Installed in December 2024, the ERE Living Classroom combines a 3,200-square-foot native garden with the Wild Classroom Project's "Whole Community Curriculum" to explore the natural and cultural history of place and foster stewardship and agency among students in K–6th grade. The garden was designed by Wild Classroom Project and installed in collaboration with CCAC fellows, parents, guardians, and students of Eagle Rock Elementary. Funding provided by the Skyscape Foundation, the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council, and the ERE PTA.
